Chia seed pudding is funky but fun to eat. I use a very simple recipe that I found online from detoxinista.com.
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds (maybe add 1/2 tablespoon more for a thicker texture)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- Fresh fruit, frozen fruit
- honey comb
Instructions: (pretty easy)
- Combine all the ingredients. You can use a blender to make the texture more uniform, but I just stir and shake the container.
- Chill overnight.
