My GO-TO Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

Chia seed pudding is funky but fun to eat. I use a very simple recipe that I found online from detoxinista.com.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds (maybe add 1/2 tablespoon more for a thicker texture)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

Optional:

  • Fresh fruit, frozen fruit
  • honey comb
  • cinnamon

Instructions: (pretty easy)

  1. Combine all the ingredients. You can use a blender to make the texture more uniform, but I just stir and shake the container.
  2. Chill overnight.
